We will use the services of Canada Post (Regular Parcel Service) as carrier in the province of Alberta, Canada. We currently only sell our products in Alberta, Canada. Flat shipping rate is $4 in Calgary, Alberta. Free shipping in orders more than $30, in Calgary, Alberta.
Time of delivery:
The majority of the orders are delivered within 2 - 3 working days in Calgary and within 2 – 8 working days in Alberta, from Monday through Friday. Deliveries to post-office boxes are not admitted.

Devolución:
En principio, no aceptamos retornos ni efectuamos cambios, sin embargo, si el producto está defectuoso o si hemos cometido un error al procesar su pedido, por favor contáctenos al teléfono 403 922- 4971 para obtener un número de autorización antes de efectuar cualquier devolución. Este número se emite en un periodo máximo de 48 horas. Usted deberá enviarnos el paquete y CAMALEÓN asumirá los gastos de envío.

Return: We do not refund or exchange, however if your products are defective or if we have made a mistake in your order please contact us at 403 922-4971 in Calgary, Alberta to obtain an authorization number before returning any merchandise. An authorization number will be emitted within a maximum period of 48 hours.
Please mail CAMALEÓN back the product, CAMALEÓN we will assume the delivery fees.
The number of authorization is mandatory.
All the products must be sent back in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice and authorization number. Damaged or incomplete products (bended corners or pages, written sections or stained, missing CD's, etc.) will not be admitted.
The refund will be done to the same way the purchase was done, throughPaypal.
The time incurred in replacing the merchandise will depend on its availability in inventory.
